DAY 1: Foundations of IFS and Working with the Protective System
During the first day of training, you’ll explore the core principles of IFS therapy – including its theory, model, goals and overall framework. Through experiential practice and guided personal reflection, you’ll deepen your understanding of the internal system and learn how to:
- Use a structured sequence for working with parts
- Create an environment of safety and trust, allowing access to deeper, more vulnerable material
- Identify and get to know your client’s internal parts using mapping
- Unblend parts through three targeted interventions, helping clients gain access to Self-Energy
DAY 2: The IFS Process of Healing: Working with Exiles and Deep Wounds
Day two focuses on navigating deeper emotional material, including exiles with clarity and compassion. You’ll learn how to:
- Recognize and manage overwhelm without losing momentum
- Identify and resolve conflict between polarized parts
- Develop the capacity to stay Self-led even when activated in session
- Guide clients through the core healing steps of IFS

Is this really a LIVE training? Can I ask questions?
YES! The training is LIVE in person and online, and you’ll be able to interact regularly with Elizabeth throughout the training whether you’re in the room or online.
Where is this training being held? How do I get there?
It’s happening live at the Hotel 116, a Coast Hotel. You can drive or fly-in and take a car to the hotel.
You can also join LIVE online from anywhere in the world.
Regardless of how you choose to attend, you’ll have 30-day of unlimited replay access to the training.
What if I register but can’t attend live?
You’ll still have access to unlimited, on demand replays for 30 days in your portal. You can also purchase the complete recording package. Please note you would need to watch live in order to receive live credit, which is a requirement of most licensing boards. The on demand replay is for review purposes only. The recording package can be completed for self study CE credits.
How long do I have access to the recording?
Every registrant gets complete unlimited replay access to the recording of the event for 30 days in your portal.
If I can’t attend live, can I still get CE credits?
