You said yes to EMDR. Now comes the harder part — feeling confident enough to use it.
That's where many therapists get stuck. Not in learning the model, but in applying it with real clients, when the stakes are high, and the right call isn't always clear.
Because theory only takes you so far.
Confident EMDR practice comes from having the right support to guide you the rest of the way: someone who can look closely at your cases, help you think through clinical decisions, highlight what's working, and guide you through moments of uncertainty.
Without that, you stay caught in the same loop: second-guessing your choices and holding back from using EMDR the way you know you could.
You might recognize it:
- You leave sessions wondering whether you chose the right target.
- Processing stalls and you're unsure whether to move forward or slow down.
- Your client gets overwhelmed and you're not sure what intervention is needed next.
You have the knowledge. You just haven't had enough support to fully integrate it yet.
Consultation is where the training starts to become practice.
But finding that kind of support isn't always easy.
Most programs offer group consultation only — where time is limited, feedback has to stay broad, and your specific clinical questions may never get the attention they need.
Or the training ends, and you're left on your own with no one to help you think through difficult cases, validate your clinical decisions, or guide you through the moments that matter most.
EMDR Consultation Package
Focused, one-on-one consultation with a verified EMDR expert — applied directly to your cases.
These aren't just experienced therapists. Many train, certify, and supervise other EMDR clinicians. The person supporting your work is the kind of expert other therapists turn to for guidance.
The work is built entirely around you — your clients, your questions, your current level of experience. They'll help you identify what's working, where you can refine your approach, and what adjustments may help in future sessions.
From your very first session, you'll begin to feel the difference. The self-doubt starts to quiet, your clinical judgment becomes clearer, and you approach sessions with greater confidence.
You'll leave with greater clarity, stronger clinical instincts, and a practical framework you can continue applying across future EMDR cases.
What you get:
→ Three private 1:1 sessions with the same expert consultant — your progress builds across every conversation instead of starting over each time
→ Case-specific guidance you can use in your very next session — clarity in the moment, not just after the fact
→ A confidential space to think through your hardest clinical decisions — and walk away knowing what to do next
This is for you if…
- You're newer to EMDR and want guidance from the start.
- You've been using EMDR but still want a second set of eyes on your work.
- You trained in EMDR but talk yourself out of using it often.
- You want to move beyond basic competency toward confident, effective practice.
Become the kind of therapist who approaches EMDR sessions with confidence — clear in your clinical decision-making and steady when challenges arise.
Because consultants keep small caseloads, availability is limited, and every session remains focused on your work, your questions, and your growth.
Your EMDR training gave you the map. Consultation helps you navigate it with confidence..
